Shipping
All glasses are hand-assembled in Italy. Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 working days after purchase. At checkout, customers may choose between standard tracked or express shipping. We offer free shipping on orders over €150.
Shipping costs cover transportation only and do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by local authorities and are not controlled by Victorious Beings.
For customers in the United States and Mexico, distribution is handled locally. The same 3–5 working day preparation time applies before shipment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes returns, unclaimed or refused shipments, and orders that are not delivered due to failure to pay customs duties or import fees upon delivery.
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. Shipments that have arrived at a carrier processing facility, or that have been marked as delivered but are reported as missing, lost, or stolen, are the sole responsibility of the carrier, such as UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Victorious Beings is not obligated to replace or refund orders affected by carrier-related loss or theft. Customers should contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If shipment documentation is required to file a carrier claim, you may contact loving@victoriousbeings.com.
Returns
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on returns made within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in as-new condition, and include the original packaging. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
To initiate a return, customers must contact loving@victoriousbeings.com.
Once approved, we will provide the return shipping details for our factory in Italy. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to the original shipment or the return. These costs are non-refundable. If such fees are charged to Victorious Beings, they will be deducted from the refund.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking. Returned parcels must be clearly marked as “returning goods” to avoid customs issues.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Refund processing times depend on the customer’s bank or card provider and may take several business days.
If a refund has not appeared, customers should first check their bank account, then contact their credit card provider or bank. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact loving@victoriousbeings.com.
